Hound of Wor is an independent sci-fi / fantasy comic about a mutt forced through an advanced war simulation. Each life harvests a chemical the Grand Dominion of Truth uses to power a world-scouring machine. One dog survives the process, keeps the warriors' skills, and becomes something they never planned for.
This tale came to me at sea, on watch, missing my dog.
